										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The repairable anode grounding device developed by KM GROUP, using conductive polymers with reduced resistance, is applied in electrochemical cathodic protection of metal structures and facilities, tanks, and steel pipelines of various types.</p>
<p>Structurally, the polymer anode grounding device consists of an electrode made of polymers resistant to oil, petroleum products, anode dissolution products, and gases, with a low specific electrical resistance not exceeding 1.0 Ω·m, containing a tinned flexible copper conductor placed along the central axis. The ends of the electrode are connected to a KGN-KHL EHZ-U cable through a contact assembly that includes a sealing element and polyolefin heat-shrink sleeves resistant to ultraviolet radiation and aggressive environmental conditions.</p>
<p><b>Improved operational reliability</b> of the polymer anode grounding device within cathodic protection systems for buried metal structures is achieved through the use of electrodes with low specific electrical resistance, providing exponential distribution of protective current across the entire surface of the active element.</p>
<p><b>Repairability</b> of the polymer anode grounding device is ensured by the use of an installation casing filled with conductive gel.</p>
<p>Two installation configurations of the repairable anode grounding device are available: horizontal and vertical.</p>
<p>In addition to enhanced performance characteristics, the service life is extended to not less than 50 years.</p>

<p>Connecting blocks in a garland efficiently uses borehole space and maximizes system current capacity, useful where ground access is limited or high grounding efficiency is required.</p>
<p>A special gas outlet tube is used for venting gases generated during operation of GAZ-FK deep ferrosilicon anode grounders. Along with main cables, it is brought to the surface.</p>
<p>The gas outlet tube is perforated along the garland length for uniform gas distribution and timely surface venting, preventing bubble formation.</p>
<p>Supplies are made to specific orders. One tube is allocated per garland, which is installed in a single borehole. The tube length is sufficient for borehole immersion.</p>
<p>The space around the anode is filled with coxo-mineral activator to reduce current spread resistance, accelerating electrode dissolution efficiency.</p>
<p>The coxo-mineral activator improves grounding efficiency and reduces grounder resistance, consisting of a mixture of crushed coke and mineral binder, such as clay or cement.</p>
<p>The anode grounding system for GAZ-FK deep ferrosilicon grounders is selected based on cathodic protection project requirements, considering soil resistivity, site conditions, and technical-economic parameters.</p>
<p>The number of blocks per borehole, their quantity, and spacing are determined according to project 327.T-AZ, specifying block placement based on soil resistivity and required protection level.</p>

<p>GAZ-TK anode grounders are recommended for use in cathodic protection of metal structures and utility facilities. The titanium grounder is a low-solubility element of the corrosion protection system.</p>
<p>The design feature of the model is that the anode grounder is placed in a casing, simplifying installation to the project-specified depth. Titanium deep anode grounders GAZ-TK can be ordered for grounding on surface and underground structures.</p>
<p>The device casing consists of a soluble bandage containing a working element made of titanium alloy. A gas outlet tube runs along the entire casing to prevent gas accumulation at the site of operation. The casing has special covers at the top and bottom.</p>
<p>The working element is connected to a cable. The conductor length is 500 cm as standard, and can be modified upon agreement with the customer. The price of the deep titanium anode grounder depends on the selected conductor length.</p>
<p>Grounders can be connected in a garland using a higher cross-section cable. Due to slow dissolution, the model can operate for at least 15 years. At 100% humidity, temperatures up to +35°C are permissible. Recommended climate for reliable operation is from -40°C to +40°C.</p>
