										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>UKT is used in cathodic and sacrificial protection systems for underground metal structures against electrochemical corrosion.</p>
<p><strong>Purpose:</strong> monitoring the currents of anode groundbeds, sacrificial anodes, and electrical jumpers on a per-channel basis.</p>
<p>The UKT board is made of fiberglass laminate, on which the elements of the electrical circuit are mounted.</p>
<p>Connection of conductors from anode groundbeds to the positive terminal of the cathodic protection station is carried out through the power block of the current monitoring device.</p>
<p><strong>The device is produced in two versions:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>a power block with contacts for measurements;</li>
<li>a power block with contacts for measurements and digital indication.</li>
</ul>
<p>UKT devices of both versions allow current measurements in each circuit using a portable measuring instrument. In the second version, current can be measured by closing the measuring circuit of the indicator with a button mounted opposite the corresponding channel.</p>
<p>The UKT current monitoring device is installed inside the ICP.KMG post (Type P01, Type P02, Type 3).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To carry out installation and perform monitoring and measurement work in swampy areas and loose soils, it is necessary to purchase an ICP with a device for securing in low-bearing soils. This model is designed for installation on pipelines with diameters from 10 to 142 cm.</p>
<p>You can order an ICP with UKSG in several modifications. The device can be installed in ICP types 1, 2, and 2B. The product package includes a special mounting platform. Using clamps, the unit is installed on the pipeline. A dielectric insert is mounted between the platform surface and the pipes, which completely prevents damage to the pipeline.</p>
<p>According to the ICP type, a special extension made of a metal profile is supplied. It is mounted on the platform. The length of the extension is individual for each order and can range from 1 to 2.5 meters. This parameter is calculated based on the depth of the pipeline in the ground. The price of the ICP with UKSG depends on the order parameters and additional equipment.</p>
<p>Formula for calculating the required extension length:</p>
<p>L<sub>ext</sub> = A – B + C,</p>
<p>where: L<sub>ext</sub> is the length of the plastic extension;</p>
<p>A is the depth from the ground surface to the top generatrix of the pipeline;</p>
<p>B is the depth of ICP embedding into the ground, equal to 0.7 m;</p>
<p>C is the height of the plastic extension socket, equal to 0.175 m.</p>
<p>Deviation from the axis of no more than 200 mm is allowed. The extension parameters directly depend on the type of inspection post. The posts are connected to each other using bolts included in the delivery set. In addition, UKSG can be ordered separately without an ICP.</p>

<li>at pipeline crossings with OHL, CL, or electrified railways;</li>

<p><strong>Main functions of the AC drainage protection system:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>diverting AC induced in the pipeline by high-voltage power lines through the grounding circuit;</li>
<li>preventing leakage of the CP protective potential, unlike standard pipeline grounding;</li>
<li>measuring the diverted AC current via a transformer integrated into the unit’s circuit.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The UZT is a box housing the following components:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>a capacitor unit for diverting AC to the grounding device;</li>
<li>surge protection device against atmospheric overvoltages (lightning protection) — gas discharge arrester;</li>
<li>a transformer for measuring the diverted AC current;</li>
<li>a frequency filter (standard version with 1100 Hz cutoff) to prevent leakage of AC of a fixed frequency when electrochemical equipment is installed on the pipeline.</li>

<p>The measuring posts are made in the form of an elongated square or triangular post manufactured from durable, non-combustible material. The device housing features information markings and a panel for cable output and connection. You can order an ICP with UZZ with a cross-section of 20×1 cm in a square shape or with a cross-section of 18×1 cm in a triangular shape.</p>
<p>As grounding, the unit is equipped with steel strips. To achieve the required length, they are connected to each other with bolts and nuts. One section of the grounding strip is about 3 meters long and is determined individually in each case. The board with the electrical circuit is made of fiberglass laminate, and the operation of the device is regulated by a spark gap (varistor).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Purchasing an Instrumentation and Control Post (ICP) with a Joint Protection Unit (BSZ) is required to perform measurement work on oil pipelines. It can be used simultaneously on up to four pipelines that are not connected to each other.</p>
<p>You can order an ICP with BSZ for measurements and installation of equipment on pipelines located in hard-to-reach areas for maintenance. The equipment is made in the form of a square tube. The post is manufactured from a durable, impact-resistant, and non-combustible material. A terminal panel is installed on the surface of the post, and a digital ammeter is provided for current indication.</p>
<p>The built-in ammeter is activated by pressing a single button located on the control panel, which greatly simplifies operation of the device in any conditions. If one of the functional units fails, it can be replaced. The terminal clamps are made of steel with a galvanized coating. The unit itself has an anticorrosion protective layer. The price of an ICP with a Joint Protection Unit depends on the selected modification and additional order conditions.</p>
<p>The ICP can be installed in areas with harsh and extreme climates. To mark the installation location, the housing is equipped with a signal cap with reflective elements. The information markings on the post are abrasion-resistant. The terminal panel has a protective cover and allows connection of external measuring instruments. An agrotechnical coating can be ordered additionally.</p>
