										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To carry out installation and perform monitoring and measurement work in swampy areas and loose soils, it is necessary to purchase an ICP with a device for securing in low-bearing soils. This model is designed for installation on pipelines with diameters from 10 to 142 cm.</p>
<p>You can order an ICP with UKSG in several modifications. The device can be installed in ICP types 1, 2, and 2B. The product package includes a special mounting platform. Using clamps, the unit is installed on the pipeline. A dielectric insert is mounted between the platform surface and the pipes, which completely prevents damage to the pipeline.</p>
<p>According to the ICP type, a special extension made of a metal profile is supplied. It is mounted on the platform. The length of the extension is individual for each order and can range from 1 to 2.5 meters. This parameter is calculated based on the depth of the pipeline in the ground. The price of the ICP with UKSG depends on the order parameters and additional equipment.</p>
<p>Formula for calculating the required extension length:</p>
<p>L<sub>ext</sub> = A – B + C,</p>
<p>where: L<sub>ext</sub> is the length of the plastic extension;</p>
<p>A is the depth from the ground surface to the top generatrix of the pipeline;</p>
<p>B is the depth of ICP embedding into the ground, equal to 0.7 m;</p>
<p>C is the height of the plastic extension socket, equal to 0.175 m.</p>
<p>Deviation from the axis of no more than 200 mm is allowed. The extension parameters directly depend on the type of inspection post. The posts are connected to each other using bolts included in the delivery set. In addition, UKSG can be ordered separately without an ICP.</p>

<p>At the customer’s request, the device can be equipped with additional equipment. Delivery of the ICP and the package are discussed at the order stage. The product can be supplied in group packaging of 3 units or individually.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>UZZ should be installed in areas of hazardous influence of alternating current sources from overhead and cable power lines with a voltage of 110 kV and above, as well as AC electrified railways, namely:</p>
<ul>
<li>where the pipeline runs parallel to overhead lines (OHL), cable lines (CL), and AC electrified railways;</li>
<li>at pipeline crossings with OHL, CL, and AC electrified railways;</li>
<li>at locations where pipelines approach or diverge from OHL, CL, and AC electrified railways.</li>
</ul>
<p>The grounding device consists of horizontal and vertical grounding electrodes or a combination of both.</p>
<p>The horizontal grounding electrode consists of interconnected galvanized steel strips (sections) (40×4 mm, length 2 meters) laid in a line.</p>
<p>The vertical grounding electrode consists of interconnected galvanized steel rods (sections) (Ø16 mm, length 1.5 meters).</p>
<p>At the Customer’s request, the grounding device may be made of stainless steel.</p>
<p>The number of vertical grounding electrodes, as well as the number of sections in each, is determined by the design documentation.</p>

<p>Buying an ICP with KAZ-M is required for use with cathodic protection systems on various types of metal structures. The model is used in corrosion monitoring networks for steel facilities. It allows measuring current in anode ground beds.</p>
<p>You can order an ICP with an anode ground bed current monitoring device for operation at locations where sacrificial anodes, jumpers, and anode ground beds are installed. The device enables monitoring and measurement separately for each channel. One unit can control more than 20 channels with a maximum current of up to 20 A per channel. The комплект includes all components required for installation and operation.</p>
<p>The housing is equipped with a signal cap. The terminal panel is закрыта a cover with a lock. The information window has marking tags with all necessary data. At the customer’s request, the комплект can be дополнен with a kilometer marker, number stencil, spare parts kit, and agrotechnical covering.</p>
<p>The price of the ICP with KAZ-M depends on the type of post in which it is installed. Installation is possible in control measurement post types 7, 7V, 8, and 9. In the production of KAZ-M, fiberglass laminate is used with the electrical schematic applied. The device is mounted inside a square ICP post with a side cross-section of 20 cm.</p>
