To measure the cathodic protection of metal structures, modernized copper sulfate reference electrodes are required. They are used on underground structures of various purposes. The device allows measurements to be carried out on pipelines and other steel structures.<\/p>\n
The equipment is installed above the structure and embedded into the soil. A mandatory condition is installation of the reference electrode below the soil freezing depth. The conductors are routed to a control measurement point or to a cover. Copper sulfate reference electrodes can be used as portable.<\/p>\n
The unit can be ordered in several modifications. Among the available models are devices with an auxiliary electrode (VE). Operation of the reference electrodes is permitted at temperatures from -5 to +45 degrees Celsius. The product complies with GOST standards.<\/p>\n
The housing of the modernized reference electrodes is made of durable material, is sealed, and is capable of withstanding moderate damage. Capillary-type channels are provided to ensure contact with the soil. Bentonite filling is located between the outer and inner housings.<\/p>\n
The model may have different cable lengths. This parameter is agreed separately with the customer. The final price depends on the selected length of the connecting cables. Each cable is equipped with a terminal for connection and has an information tag. This significantly simplifies operation and maintenance of the device.<\/p>\n
