Stationary copper sulfate ECS model ECSM-C-VE must be purchased for performing a range of measurements on underground structures. They are used to monitor the level of metal protection against corrosion on such objects as water pipelines, gas pipelines, and other steel structures.<\/p>\n
ECS of this model can be in two modifications: basic and with an auxiliary electrode. All cables are equipped with terminals for quick and convenient connection. Each cable has an information label, which simplifies operation and maintenance of the unit. The customer can order ECSM-C-VE with cables of any length, but not less than the manufacturer\u2019s specified minimum.<\/p>\n
The model consists of two housings, one placed inside the other. The outer housing is made of durable ceramic. This provides sufficiently low resistance during measurement operations. Between the housings is a moisture-retaining filling made of bentonite, which allows the device to be used on various soil types.<\/p>\n
Inside the ECS housing, there is a spiral copper electrode immersed in copper sulfate. The VE is connected via a terminal to the side of the housing. Copper sulfate reference electrodes can be used at temperatures from -5\u00b0C to +45\u00b0C. The product is manufactured in accordance with GOST standards.<\/p>\n
The model has a special installation container. Cables and VE are connected to it via terminals. The container itself is equipped with a terminal board. Its purpose in the unit design is to allow free installation and removal of the ECS from the soil. All cable outlets on the container are fully sealed.<\/p>\n
To ensure contact with the soil, the lower part of the construction has perforation. The top of the container is fully closed. The price of ECSM-C-VE depends on the container specifications, which cannot be less than 22 cm in length and 16 cm in diameter.<\/p>\n
