We offer magnetite anode grounding devices for surface grounding of the PAZ.KMG.M type, used as protective elements in electrical systems. They are manufactured from 0.5 mm corrosion-resistant sheet steel. A magnetite active element is placed in the central part, and the surrounding space is filled with KMA.KMG coke-mineral backfill.<\/p>\n
In the standard configuration, the cable lead length is 2 m. The protective casing prevents backfill loss during storage. It shields the backfill from adverse impacts and helps ensure uniform distribution along the active element.<\/p>\n
Once the PAZ.KMG.M magnetite anode grounding device, which can be ordered from us, is ready for operation and placed in soil, the protective casing dissolves rapidly, allowing the backfill to disperse and begin interacting with the surrounding medium to provide effective corrosion protection.<\/p>\n
The mounting handle enables quick and safe placement at the required location, as well as easy repositioning when necessary. It ensures secure and reliable handling during transportation and installation.<\/p>\n
The purpose of anodes is to prevent corrosion (cathodic protection). They are used in cathodic protection systems on main gas and oil pipelines, gas distribution networks, and other pipeline systems transporting hazardous media. PAZ.KMG.M magnetite surface anode grounding devices may be installed vertically or horizontally.<\/p>\n
A magnetite grounding device is a specialized unit containing a magnetite electrode inside a thin galvanized steel shell. KMA coke-mineral backfill fills the remaining internal space. The housing ensures uniform distribution of the backfill around the electrode and simplifies transportation and installation. The shell dissolves shortly after placement in soil. To facilitate installation, the upper part of the design is equipped with a bracket.<\/p>\n
In the standard configuration, the connection cable of PAZ.KMG.M magnetite surface anode grounding devices has a length of 200 cm. The cathodic protection design determines the number of grounding devices to be installed and their spacing.<\/p>\n
