Description
Instrumentation and Control Posts (ICP) are used for fastening to pipelines of various purposes and for performing measurements. Purchasing ICP Type 3 is required for carrying out work on aboveground pipelines. Installation of the unit is performed using a special platform designed for mounting and installation clamps.
Connection of the ICP is carried out in accordance with the standards and requirements for installation and connection of main pipelines. For installation, ICP Type 3 should be ordered at a rate of 1 unit per kilometer. When installing on sections more prone to corrosion, it is recommended to use one device per 500 meters of pipeline.
The model has the shape of an elongated rectangle with a square cross-section. The four-faced post is made of a material resistant to combustion and low temperatures. A signal cap is located at the top and is equipped with reflective elements. A terminal panel is provided on the housing for connection and is closed with a cover.
For installation, the package includes clamps and a mounting platform. The weight of the product is 7 kg, which makes it easy to install even in difficult areas. The terminal board is fully ready for wire connection. The model does not require regular maintenance and can be operated for a long time. The price of ICP Type 3 depends on optional equipment and is determined at the time of order.

Various equipment can be placed inside the post, which increases its protection. This model can be used at negative temperatures down to -60 °C and positive temperatures up to +60 °C. The ICP configuration and delivery are discussed with the customer individually.
