Description

The anode grounding device made of high-strength thin-sheet galvanized steel with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm is the main component of the surface anode grounding device (PAZ-TK). The casing is used to prevent loss of the special backfill material and to ensure uniform distribution of the backfill along the active element.

It performs two critical functions: ensuring high reliability during transportation and installation, and promoting efficient distribution of the anode current. The mounting handle is an integral part of the grounding device, providing convenience during work in soil and facilitating handling operations. The casing of this device degrades during direct operation in soil.

Applications

The active element made of titanium with MMO coating is placed inside a titanium protective casing (PAZ.KMG.T) with a diameter of 16 cm and a length of up to 220 cm. The standard configuration of PAZ.KMG.T includes a cable lead with a length of 2 m.

To prevent backfill loss during storage, the backfill is evenly distributed along and across the active element to ensure reliability during transportation and installation, as well as unrestricted current distribution from the active surface.

The casing dissolves rapidly when placed in any type of soil, which facilitates installation and handling operations due to the presence of a special mounting handle made of cotton material. The length is determined according to specific customer requirements specified in the technical documentation.
