AZF-G deep ferrosilicon anode grounders

Description

AZF has the following advantages:

  • uses a special KGN-XL-EHZ-U connecting cable of own production with reinforced insulation and sheath;
  • reduced current spread resistance due to improved formula of in-house produced KMA.KMG coxo-mineral activator;
  • dissolution rate reduced to 0.15 kg/A·year by adding chromium and other modifiers during production of the working element to achieve a unique alloy composition;
  • uniform dissolution of the anode grounder achieved through an improved geometric design, ensuring exponential current distribution across the entire working element surface;
  • the bandage of the AZF-G deep anode grounder withstands a load of at least 45 kN (4500 kgf).

Products are used in cathodic protection systems for:

  • main, field, and other pipelines, and multi-line pipeline systems in any soils, including rocky, arid, desert, and permafrost soils;
  • branched communications of compressor stations, gas distribution, oil pumping stations, thermal power plants, and other industrial sites;
  • technological tanks of any purpose;
  • port and berth structures, offshore platforms, and other hydraulic engineering structures.
