LLP KM GROUP has its own production line for extended anode grounders, allowing the manufacture of products according to technical specifications of any dimensions with appropriate characteristics to protect objects of any complexity with high-density utilities.
The main application of extended anode grounders is the protection of industrial sites, underground parts of tanks, as well as sections of main pipelines located in high-resistance soils (permafrost, rocky, sandy soils).
Installation of the extended anode grounder is performed along the protected structure.
The anode design allows installation in boreholes using horizontal directional drilling (HDD).
Technical description:
AZPr Type 1 contains: a working element made of metallic conductor and conductive coating (graphite-filled polymer) placed coaxially along the central axis, an activator surrounding the working element, a conductive coating, and a braid.
The mineral activator consists of carbon fill based on graphite powder, and the conductive coating is made of fabric with a braid on the outside. A flexible multi-strand tinned copper wire is used.
Products have the following distinctive features:
- Installation of AZPr-1 is carried out directly in the same trench as the protected utility;
- Repairability due to the use of a conductive pipe and special filler gel in the AZ design;
- In-house production allows fulfilling any customer requirement for AZPr execution.
