Description
- The sign is installed to mark the location of the gas pipeline, indicate the protected zone, identify the pipeline, show the alignment of its axis, and provide the contact number of the Operational Unit Branch. It is placed at pipeline bends, river crossings, road crossings, and other utility crossings.
- The sign is installed at the boundaries of the right-of-way where the pipeline intersects with highways, railways, and bodies of water, at overhead pipeline crossings over natural and artificial obstacles (on both sides), as well as at entry and exit points of the pipeline from compressor station, gas distribution station, and gas measuring station sites, at a distance of 50 m from the fencing.
- The sign is installed along the pipeline route to define the boundaries of pipeline service areas between Operational Unit Branches, as well as between Operational Units.
